Tunnelvision

from Volume I by Close to Good

/

about

Carl: Tunnel Vision was originally just a bassline that Rob had in his pocket for a long time. He recorded it onto a jamman looper and from there I wrote as many parts as I could to it that I heard. Initially the song had a much darker presence, naturally, but came out I’d say with a little more optimism.
Recently added to 'vision is the pessimistic groove I thought the song would revolve around. Four wildly different brains are usually good for surpassing any expectations you have for a song and turning it into something that you cannot see.
